It is meant to help you understand your options and feel confident about the next step. It does not require you to end an existing course of care unless you choose to.
What to bring
Reports and discharge summaries from previous consultations
Imaging (CT, MRI, X-ray, or similar), as physical films or digital copies
Audiograms or other test reports, if you have them
Prior prescriptions and a list of current medications
Bring physical copies where possible. If you would rather share digital copies in advance, ask the clinic team when you call or message.
